Washington Square Park
The most iconic place at NYU, Washington Square Park, is our campus center - surrounded by our major academic buildings as well as MacDougal St (great for grabbing a quick snack!). Here is my short tour of the park and an idea of what NYU kids get up to!

Just to show you guys how New York this is, there is a movie set and something's being filmed right over there. Uh, yeah, you might think the Washington Square Park is really for everyone in New York City, but it's actually just the kids. I'm just kidding, But people like to come here when it's nice out. They'll put out blankets and have picnics or they'll come and they'll play sports. Uh, it's also just a nice place to walk around. It gets really pretty, um, and even in the winter, you can honestly still find people out here. There's a fountain, and people love to go swimming if they're in the mood.
