Binghamton's very own greenhouse is located in the Science III building, home of the biological sciences department. Open to students, whether they're in there for a class or not, the greenhouse has four simulated environments - tropical, warm temperate, cool temperate and desert. So, whether you're trying to get some hands-on studying with botany, or just feeling like admiring some cacti, the greenhouse is a popular location to have some fun (and maybe learn something along the way!)

So the Green House isn't such a nice spot here. I've always been here drawing and stuff that is so beautiful and warm. There's so many plans, and I think it's really cool that thinking has won. They didn't have one, and I didn't know they had one person till I came here for a class and I was like, Wow, it's actually he's a salt in the greenhouse. Pretty cool, isn't there, Like a plant? Didn't have a plan in place with a corpse flower? Yeah. Can you explain that? So the corpse flower is a type of plant that blooms once every four years. When it does put smell really bad, however fires really free. Even if you don't have a class here, anything Just walk in.
