A as a primary science background, I came to Thunderbird with a lot to learn. I was admittedly terrified, as I had never studied any business prior. As I met my cohort and peers, spoke with alumni and captain open mind in my classes, I saw another world filled with relationship building cultural enlightenment and the ability to do immense good and business through a focus on sustainability and my entrepreneurship classes. I learned how to assess if my brilliant idea as really as brilliant as I think and to pursue solving true problems faced daily And data analytics. I learned the value of data and how to attain its insights. I was immersed in the 4th Industrial Revolution and taught not only to recognize it, but also work with it to benefit everyone. During my Global challenge lab, I was able to work with my team to help a Colombian company validate a new product and assist with market fit. This brought to life much of what I have learned and now I go with confidence that no matter the challenges ahead as a thunderbird, I can face anything and forever.
