During my fourth year, I decided to do an internship within the university to use my practical skills of all the psychology classes that I've taken for the past three years and I decided to work at the University of Wyoming Wellness Center along with amazing mentors, amazing colleagues and and the reason why even chose to use that as my internship areas because they're open to different departments coming in together and they want to expose students in what they do for wellness within the university. One of the reasons why I wouldn't choose to do it is because my professor and I agreed on a lot of positive ideas of how to improve mental health and stress within the university and that's one of the big things that I really want to focus on moving forward with my career.
