HELLO!!! WELCOME TO ELON
HELLO! My name is Bella and I'm a junior at Elon aka my dream school. Something I forgot to mention is why I've wanted to go to Elon for so long. Elon was the perfect size for me, 6,000 undergrad so not too big, no too small, they had an amazing communications school, greek life, study abroad opportunities, and student media that you can get involved in right off the bat as a freshman (some schools you cant start until you're an upperclassman). So I hope these videos give you a better idea of Elon!
The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
My name is Bela, and I'm a Junior Ilan University. I've wanted to go here since I was a freshman in high school. Then after two years, I decided to switch my major to television and cinema arts with a minor and professional writing. Um, I did journalism all of high school, wanted to be a TV newscaster. Uh, and then, after taking classes here, I kind of realized that my passion was more behind the camera than in front of the camera. I'd rather do entertainment media if I was to be in front of the camera s. So this is kind of something I'm really into. I'm a part of the Communications Fellows program, which means I'm considered a communications honor student. So I worked on a show called Ellen after hours, which is a late night Jimmy Kimmel type show. I do technical directing, the audio a little bit of everything. Um, and I'm also a part of a sorority I'm in. Um, which is where I found, like, all of my best friends. I'm living off campus this year because as a junior, generally, you don't live on campus anymore, and I'll give you guys a little tour of our house. It's been amazing experience of far on ly two weeks in the school, but I've actually been here for the past month and a half. Um, school started around obvious twenty seventh, but I got here on July thirty first. So I was here every day, filming in the ninety five, one hundred four degree heat every day. Um, so I'll show you guys the loader on campus, talk about my classes, talk about extracurricular social life, and I'm really excited to see what we get to some of you.
