I showed you the West Dorm and the Colonnade Storm, and I mentioned how software you're eternally living either Danley apartments or flat or an on campus fraternity or sorority house. So I get to live off campus, which was so exciting because I was just done with the Our ace and living in a dorm in the room checks, because when you live in an on campus housing and Dannelly, you still have room checks. They do let you know about, but it's just annoying to have to leave your room for three hours because you don't know when they're going to come. I'm going to worry about anybody setting off the fire alarm is just your own space. The only downside is you have to pay the electric bills and water bills and stuff. So you're kind of like adult ing for the first time. Cooking for yourself generally if you don't have a meal plan. Um, but I just want to show you guys around our house because we have a pretty, a pretty nice all campus house compared to most. It might not seem like that, but once you get here, you'll say, Oh, maybe that was nice. So I'll just show you around my room, give you a quick look at the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom. Because I'm a junior and it's the fall, there's not a lot of juniors at tend to stay. So there's on ly three of us here right now and then two more are coming back in the spring and they'll be living here, So they're just paying for their rooms right now while they're abroad because they didn't get any sob. Things are a little shuffled around right now because we are in the middle of a hurricane, and this campus has actually been evacuated today. Um, it's not mandatory, but most people did evacuate. So when have I ever made to sleeping that conceiving tomorrow and I'm staying. I'm living in somebody else's house just because we're on this's a one story house. So we're a big risk for floods, and I really don't want to deal with alone without electricity. I'm trying to get you guys a good view in our kitchen. You might see some things around like, Why is there a portable charger? Will? Because we have Hurricane Florence on the way. Definitely some people went home, but again, a lot of people from Massachusetts on New York Syndicate, which is kind of a far away. So some people just got airbnb is Virginia Atlanta in Tennessee, but it's looking like the storm's starting tio shit path. So I think I have much to worry about saying a second floor with somebody else. It's kind of dark, Teo, but it's not like it gets too gross because a lot of off campus houses might be kind of like falling apart. So. We will take a small dark house over one that's falling apart. I was really happy about that because I love natural light. Um, the bureau was passed down from the girl who lived here before. In my sorority, we all passed the least down to each other just to keep it in like a traditional rotation of all Sigma's. I wanted it, which was really nice In dorms, they'll give you certain furniture and stuff, but this is nice because I got to bring my own things in and give it my own touch. Um, this is generally an average size for an off campus house room bedroom, maybe a little bit bigger oh, and then I have really great closet space here, too. Lots of closet space, which is really nice, really useful. My roommate and I are sharing a bathroom, and then my other roommate has the master, so she has her own. It's amazing to have a full size shower after living in, um, living in literally like a like a two foot by two foot shower for the past two years.
