Diana Jue-Rajasingh is an assistant professor of strategic management at Rice Business, where she studies how firms can ādo good betterā by turning promising ideas into scalable impact. Her research and teaching have earned her national recognition on Poets&Quantsā 2026 list of Best 40-Under-40 MBA Professors. Jue-Rajasingh focuses on social ventures and the challenges that come with bringing new innovations to market, especially in emerging economies. Products like solar lanterns, water purification tablets and bicycle-powered chargers may solve real problems, but getting people to understand, trust, access and adopt them is often much harder than developing the technology itself.
