What's going on, everybody? My name is Max Rosendahl. I'm a junior at ST Michael's College of Colchester, Vermont. I'm majoring in economics and business administration, and I'm here to show you what it's like to be a purple knight. I am from hopping to New Hampshire, which is a little bit west of Concord, New Hampshire, but all the same, it's all more Southern New Hampshire. Um, also I am living in Burlington, which is about 10 minutes from campus. I'm commuting, just living in an apartment and ST Mike's. We compete in the Northeast 10 Conference, which is acceptable. I think it's really cool to see how how many athletes there are ST Mike's. We have roughly a quarter of the student population recognized as student athletes. Um, she kind of brings an atmosphere of competitive spirit and kind of willingness to be driven and succeed. Uh, you see that wherever you go on campus, I chose ST Mike's because during my college process, college search in my junior and senior years of high school whatever ST Mike's was brought up, somebody had some kind of connection to it. I think it was just remarkable because ceramics is obviously a smaller school. Um, but there were still those connections, and being in a small school by having those connections is key to finding a career post graduation. I found my niche in economics, but I've taken a wide array of courses on campus. The small class sizes really let professors know who you are, what you aspire to become and then really challenge you to do better on a personal level. Um, in my econ classes, for sure, my professors know where I enjoy the topic and where I really struggle with it. I think that's really important, so I can learn to be better in those areas where I struggle. I'm super site industry and more about what it's like to be a purple night.
