One of my all time favorite things that you d hosts every year is something called christmas on campus. It is one of our most beloved traditions here at ut basically it's the week right before finals week, right before we all go home for winter break and we cancel all classes on one of the days of the week, close to the feast of the immaculate conception And basically we bust in about 1501st and second grade students from the Greater Dayton area and college students there can volunteer to buddy up with these students and take them all around campus for the most magical Christmas filled winter wonderland night that you could possibly imagine. There are lights strung in between all of the trees, huge christmas street in the center of our humanities plaza, there's research on the building, There's christmas lights even at the outskirts of campus where students are walking to and from class is um all of the classrooms are little room set up for different activities for the kids, so you can bring your buddy in there and decorate cookies or make ornaments. There's photos with santa claus and mrs claus and there's a hot chocolate truck and live animals, live ranger that we bring in that I didn't even know what the live animal you could actually have on campus, but there are animals that you can bring in and honestly it is the most amazing knight ever. You get your little buddy off the bus and their eyes just genuinely light up when you tell them this is your night, like we can do everything you've ever wanted to do christmas themed. Um it just so helps you get in the christmas spirit and really write, it happens right before we buckle down and study for finals week. So it is just something that is so unique to us here at Ut um we buy our buddies at present and it might be one of the only gifts that our kids would get that christmas season, so it's just an awesome way to give back to the dating community, thank them for all they have done for us throughout the years, um, all that they do to support you do, it's just awesome and that is just something that I will forever cherish here at ut mhm.
