Responsibilities and Duties:
- Engage in direct customer interactions within an external sales setting primarily based around Las Vegas, NV.
- Extend a warm and professional welcome to customers.
- Conduct product presentations as a means to finalize sales transactions with customers located in Las Vegas.
- Demonstrate active listening skills to attentively address customer needs and concerns, displaying empathy throughout.
- Seek to clarify customer requirements and probe to ensure a thorough grasp of their needs.
- Tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs across the Las Vegas region, delivering personalized recommendations.
- Verify customer comprehension of the proposed solution and offer additional educational support as required.
- Anticipate frequent travel throughout the year, with the possibility of a 1-4 month relocation during the summer period.
