One of Seney Hall's many lecture classrooms
Seney Hall has a lot of classrooms that differ in sizes depending on the number of people in each class. For an 18 person Women and Gender Studies class, a smaller lecture room was perfect. The class was discussion-based, so we would turn the desks to form a giant circle and discuss the previous night's readings. But remember, each class environment is different based on the teacher and the other students but the classrooms stay the same!
The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
So right now I'm an immoral woman Gender studies class in Seanie Hall. As you can see, the room isn't really that big. That's because class sizes here in Oxford are fifteen to twenty five kids. That's really nice because fifteen or twenty five kids for one instructor, that gives you a lot of alone time with the instructor. So the crosses here and senior are usually set up like this. Those a projector in the front for the teacher to lecture. This one is a little smaller than other ones, but for bigger classes there are bigger lecture halls. For my woman jumps stories, we have about eighteen students, so this cost works perfectly for us.
