I'm a sophomore here at the university studying criminal justice. Today I'm gonna be showing great inside the John Bowen Center of Science Innovation. So when you first walk in here, the first thing you're gonna notice is this big sign called Willie's s. Oh, this is just a part of your meal plan that you can use your meal swipes, uh, in your flex dollars on bits, Essentially, just like a grab and go snack type of thing. So right now I am standing right in front of the biology Left s Oh, this is kind of your typical labrum is gonna look like whether it be biology, physics, anatomy, physiology, eso. I'm gonna see you guys inside really quick and kind of show you what it looks like. I'm gonna get a good idea of what your typical lab room will be like. So right behind me, you can see we have some really nice seating area. Eso This whole building has really nice seats like this on every floor of the building s. So it's really nice to sit in between classes to have a quick snack or even another place to study. So the seedings actually have their own little place built right in, Um, that you can actually charge your phone. So they have the USB, and then they have the regular plugs so you can charge your phone or your laptop so you don't really have to worry about, you know, having all your device charge. So this is what your typical classroom is going to look like in this building. Eso? Last year I was actually a health science major. I decided to change my major to criminal justice, and I'm loving it this year. I actually had my biology costs in this classroom. Um, and one thing I love about this school for all majors, Um, all the classroom sizes air really only 20 to 40 students for a teacher s. So it's really your typical high school science class, which is really nice and comforting. Um, you know, you don't have any of those big lecture halls. He really gets that one on one connection with your professor. I just feel like it's a lot more more comforting atmosphere, toe learn. In through These were just a lot of projects that students have actually done here at the school. Just put on display on there, always being swapped out for new projects. It's just full of full of really great things that the students have done here. So what you see here on display now are a whole bunch of projects that the seniors in the graphic design major have done. Um, touches another really cool thing that, once again, is always being swapped out for new projects. Um, it's kind of a little little like showcase of what you learn here. Johnson and Wales in the graphic design major, it's pretty cool. Alright, so that concludes our little adventure through John Jay going center. I'm really glad I was able to take you guys along.
