It is a student in two thousand eight, and it was really and still is a program about academic enrichment. Supposed to be a program that it brings students and faculty closer together. It encourages things like critical thinking, discussion based learning, active learning through service or anything like that, Um and sort of. So we offer honors courses where students can have us like a smaller class size. That way, there's a little more room for that sort of environment, that learning environment, where you have more discussion based things, and typically our students, or at least I hope they are actual classrooms, are more engaged. Uh, so makes a better learning environment in general. That's really the goal is to is to provide that sort space on. We have a lot of other different ways of doing that. That the traditional classrooms, too, because not all classes Havenaar's equivalent Andre, also have a student center so that students seminar is a. A presentation is a presentation for him that runs throughout the semester. On DH, students could give presentations to other students, and we usually run about a hundred of those semester. We host the underground research conference every semester, not response every fall for students who are undergraduates for doing research.
