A Look at a Room in Toler

Toler Hall is primarily an upperclassman dorm hall, but freshmen are allowed to live here as well. However, upperclassmen must apply for housing in the form of a random lottery process and are not guaranteed on-campus housing. At USF, freshmen are required and guaranteed to live on campus for their first year in one of five dorm halls (Gilson, Hayes-Healy, Fromm, Lone Mountain, and Toler). Freshmen usually live with two other roommates, which they can request on the housing application or can be paired with according to preferences (sleep time, number of guests students allow in a room, cleanliness, etc.). Each dorm room pretty much looks the same, but it's no secret that Toler is usually a student's first choice because of its convenient location and newer bathrooms.
