This is North Quadrangle located on Central Campus. It is close to South State St. and the Modern Language Building.

The Commonwealth Honors College (CHC) is a part of campus where Honors College students live. You need a certain GPA and there are certain requirements to stay in the CHC which are posted on the UMass website. In the Honors College, there is housing, Roots cafe, and they have their own honors academic advisors. CHC is located next to the Rec center and is central to the library and many academic buildings.

The Ramsey gym is a huge gym open from 6:00am to 11:00pm. Membership is free for students enrolled full time. It has an Olympic size pool, weight rooms, basketball, volleyball, and racquetball courts, and a rock climbing wall. It's located next to the health center and visitors center(south campus).

In this full dorm tour, I give views of my 2 bedroom suite which is in the STEMCats Woodland Glen II dorm on central campus. The majority of dorms are 2 bedroom suites and will have the layout of our dorm room. I also give a tour of the common kitchen, the laundry room / system and study rooms and common areas available in our dorm.

English is a very social class. The size is very small, therefore making learning very intimate and personal. The class is discussion based. Today the discussion was on the topic of whether feminine or masculine writing truly exists- pretty cool!

The Morris Library is a great place to study with friends or alone. On the bottom floor, you can rent out cameras and other multimedia equipment for free! You can also get help with your writing on the bottom floor of Club Morris. During finals week the library is open 24 hours, so grab a coffee and come on by the Morris Library!

Here's the dorm lingo: South Quad = SQ = Squad West Quad = West Quad, Best Quad East Quad = EQ = not really taken up but maybe East Quadlings Markley = known for bugs Bursley, Bates = on North Campus, so be ready to ride the bus (but also known for a tight community) Alice Lyold, Stockwell, Mojo = Hill North Quad...it looks nice inside, also where the School of Information is located
